Volunteer in North Texas
When we work together, we can prepare kids to graduate and succeed. We can help families leave poverty — permanently. And we can empower people to live healthy, responsible lives.
Sharing your time and talents can make a profound impact on the lives of your neighbors. Last year:
- More than 4,800 volunteers joined their coworkers in 236 United Way Day of Caring projects — everything from reading to kids to renovating health care clinics.
- More than 200 volunteers gave their time to identify the best investments for the United Way Community Impact Fund.
- Hundreds of additional volunteers regularly mentored students, helped hardworking families take control of their finances, or served on a United Way committee to help create community-level change.
