The mission of the YLS is to recognize and engage young business and civic leaders (ages 45 and under) through education, leadership, community, and social events.

YLS members make annual leadership gifts ($1,000 or more) or Tocqueville Society gifts ($10,000 or more) to benefit United Way's mission to change and improve lives in our community.

Benefits of Membership

• Members receive invitations to exclusive YLS special events and community-building activities.

• Members demonstrate their strong commitment to developing resources to positively impact the community.

• Members become recognized as young leaders in their company or community, and champions for health and human service needs.

• Members have the opportunity to network with community business leaders and volunteers who are committed to philanthropic investment and learn about the benefit of their involvement.

• Members receive communications about United Way and how their gift is working in the community.
