Stewardship Volunteer
Stewardship Volunteers carefully evaluate the effectiveness of United Way member agencies. Stewardship Volunteers ensure that agencies are well-managed, effectively governed and fiscally responsible. This group of volunteers assists United Way's Board and Allocations Committee in making the best decisions possible concerning the expenditure of contributor funds for health and human service needs.

Priority Needs Grant Volunteer
Each year, monies are generously donated to the United Way's Community Fund with the commitment that United Way will evaluate the needs of our community and invest the funds in social service agencies that will strengthen and improve the quality of life in North Texas. Local Priority Needs Grant Volunteers work together to recommend funding in priority needs areas by reviewing the effectiveness of programs proposed.
