The Women's Leadership Council encourages, educates and energizes women in the ways of philanthropy to make a difference in our community.
The African American Leadership Society celebrates the significant contributions made by African Americans to the quality of life in our region and brings leaders together for networking and community building.
The creation of the Latino Leadership Initiative (LLI) is designed to encourage increased giving among Latino donors by promoting Latino participation and input into United Way's decision-making processes and by educating members on how the Latino community participates in and benefits from United Way.
The mission of the Young Leaders Society is to recognize and engage young business and civic leaders (ages 45 and younger) through education, leadership, community, and social events.
